Jabra now sells work headsets and speakerphones only; the hardware is strong and the 100-day returns generous, but list prices are inflated and warranty claims are slow.

Main findings
Jabra has stopped making and selling consumer earbuds; its own Trustpilot replies confirm the Elite line is discontinued and that it does not offer repairs.
Direct purchases get free shipping and a 100-day money-back guarantee counted from the ship date, with a prepaid return label; marketplace and engraved orders are excluded.
Most of the range shows a list price with a markdown of about a quarter or more: the Evolve3 85 lists at $649 and was selling for $475 in October 2026.
Evolve, Speak and PanaCast products carry a two-year limited warranty; the buyer pays postage to Jabra, and replacements ship only after the faulty unit arrives.
What Jabra sells
Jabra is the headset brand of GN, the Danish hearing and audio group, and the warranty documents now name GN Hearing as the warrantor. Since 2024 it has withdrawn from consumer earbuds, so jabra.com is now a business store: Evolve3 and Evolve2 office headsets (on-ear, over-ear and earbuds, in Microsoft Teams and Unified Communication versions), Engage wireless headsets for contact centres, Speak2 speakerphones, PanaCast video cameras and room systems, and accessories. The products are built for calls first, with multi-microphone voice pickup, busylights and USB dongles. Individuals can buy direct in the US, but much of the volume goes through IT resellers. Older Elite earbuds are still supported with replacement buds and cases under the consumer warranty.

Evolve3 75 BUY
An on-ear wireless headset weighing 180 g with Jabra’s AI-based ClearVoice microphone processing, adaptive ANC, a USB-A or USB-C Bluetooth adapter and an optional wireless charging pad. It lists at $463 and was selling for $339 on jabra.com in October 2026. For someone who spends the day on calls and wants a headset that folds into a pouch, this is the sweet spot in the new range, and it undercuts the Evolve3 85 by a wide margin. On-ear cups press on the ear more than over-ear designs, which some wearers dislike after several hours.
StrengthLight, foldable, with ANC and strong call pickup at a sale price
WeaknessOn-ear fit is not for everyone over a full workday
The flagship over-ear model, with Jabra Advanced ANC, ClearVoice voice pickup and no visible mic arm. Jabra quotes up to 25 hours of talk time or 120 hours of music, plus five hours from a five-minute charge, and says it is 65 g lighter than the Evolve2 85. It lists at $649 and was marked down to $475 in October 2026. That list price is consumer flagship territory, and the armless microphone design is new, so long-term reports of call quality in loud offices are still thin. Buy it on markdown, and use the 100-day window to test the microphone in your real environment.
StrengthLong rated battery life and Jabra’s strongest noise cancellation
WeaknessList price is very high; armless mic has a short track record
The long-running workhorse: on-ear, memory-foam cushions, three microphones, a busylight and up to 37 hours of battery. It sells at $289 in the US, and unlike most of the range it was not discounted when the desk checked. That is the catch. The Evolve2 65 has passive noise isolation only, while the newer Evolve3 75 with active noise cancellation was selling for $339. Organisations standardising on a proven model may still prefer it, but an individual paying their own money should look at the Evolve3 75 on sale first.
StrengthProven design, long battery life and busylight for open offices
WeaknessNo active noise cancellation, at a price close to newer ANC models
True wireless earbuds certified for meeting apps, with Jabra MultiSensor Voice for calls on the move and a USB adapter for plug-and-play use on a laptop. They list from $404 and were showing from $364 in October 2026. For that money you are paying for certification and the dongle rather than better sound. Jabra has stopped making consumer earbuds, and reviewers on Trustpilot describe out-of-warranty earbud faults that Jabra will not repair. Small earbud batteries also age faster than headset cells, which makes the lack of a repair route harder to accept on a $364 purchase.
StrengthDiscreet, certified for Teams and Zoom, with a USB dongle
WeaknessExpensive for earbuds, and Jabra offers no repair service
A portable speakerphone with a 65 mm full-range speaker, a microphone quality light ring, IP64 dust and water protection and a cable with both USB-C and USB-A ends. Two units can be linked for larger rooms. It lists at $480 and was selling for $334 in October 2026, with the Speak2 55 and Speak2 40 below it. The Speak line is Jabra’s most consistently praised product, and it fits the small meeting room or a home office shared by a team. It is a speakerphone only, with no camera, so pair it with a PanaCast or a laptop webcam.
StrengthClear room audio, durable build and the mic-pickup indicator ring
WeaknessSpeaker only; the list price relies on near-constant discounting
100-day money-back from ship date, prepaid label; excludes marketplace and engraved orders
Warranty / guarantee
Two years on Evolve, Speak, PanaCast; one year on Talk and Elite parts
Support
Store support by phone (+1 316-251-7910) and web; product support online
Payment options
Orders processed by Global-e; refunds return to the original payment method

Things to know before you buy
Most products show a high list price beside a markdown of a quarter or more, apparently all the time; judge value on the sale price, not the “saving”.
The warranty requires you to pay postage to Jabra and wait for the faulty unit to arrive before a replacement ships, and it ends if non-certified accessories are used.
Jabra has exited consumer earbuds and its own Trustpilot replies say it does not offer repair services, so out-of-warranty faults mean replacement, not repair.
Trustpilot reviewers describe warranty claims taking two weeks or more and more than a dozen emails, with templated replies routing them back to support channels.
The customer record
Jabra’s Trustpilot profile sits at 2.9 from about 3,400 reviews, split between a large block of 5-star ratings and a substantial minority of 1-star ones. Jabra invites reviews and replies to most negative ones within a day, though the replies are often templates.
The complaints are mostly about after-sales. Reviewers describe warranty cases needing many emails, one claim refused at about two and a half years, and a replacement charging case that looked previously opened. Former Elite owners are frustrated that Jabra no longer makes, sells or repairs the earbuds; Jabra’s replies confirm the exit from consumer products. Connection problems with earbuds come up repeatedly.
Praise goes to sound and call quality, especially on Evolve headsets, and to individual support agents who are kind and persistent. Some reviews on the merged profile concern Jabra Enhance hearing aids, which are sold separately and not covered here.
Alternatives
Poly
Pick this if your IT team already runs HP Poly devices and wants one management console.
Logitech
Pick this if you want a cheaper certified work headset and are happy with simpler noise cancellation.
Bose
Pick this if you also want music-first ANC headphones for travel, and calls are secondary.
Final call
Jabra’s work headsets and speakerphones are among the best for calls, and the 100-day money-back window is far better than the industry norm. The rest needs care. List prices look designed to be discounted, the warranty puts postage and waiting on you, there is no repair service, and the consumer earbuds you may remember are gone. Buy the Evolve3 75 or Speak2 75 on markdown, direct, and test hard inside 100 days. Verdict: CONSIDER.
